We do not warrant that the appearance, features, or quality of any product will meet your expectations or match their digital renderings precisely. 6. Care & Washing Guidelines

To preserve the quality and longevity of your personalised apparel, especially those made from cotton, organic, or sustainable materials, we recommend washing them at temperatures below 40°C (104°F) and avoiding tumble drying entirely.

Failure to follow these care instructions may result in apparel damage. MiraMerch will not be held liable for any issues resulting from improper washing or drying. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to help resolve it.

7. Orders

All orders placed through the MiraMerch platform are treated as offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been received; however, this does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when we process and dispatch the product(s) and send you a shipping confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to: pricing or typographical errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud or breach of these Terms. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund if payment has already been made.

Orders will not be processed or fulfilled until payment is received in full and cleared. Processing timelines begin from the time of payment, not the time of order placement. We do not guarantee the availability of all items and reserve the right to offer alternatives if a product is out of stock.

Once an order has been submitted, we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations, especially for print-on-demand and custom-made items. Please ensure all order details, including size, design, and shipping address, are correct at checkout.

All product sizes and colours shown are approximations and may vary slightly in real life. We are not responsible for any variations in appearance due to monitor or device settings.

8. Payments

Payment must be received in full before your order can be processed. Orders are processed based on the time payment is received, not the time the order is placed. You may pay using any major debit card, credit card, or PayPal. By providing payment details, you represent and warrant that:

9. Shipping & Fulfilment

MiraMerch ships worldwide, and all prices listed exclude delivery fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We partner with major global carriers such as USPS, DHL, and FedEx to deliver your orders. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. These are based on information from our carriers and may vary due to factors such as fulfilment time, customs processing, local holidays, peak seasonal demand, or adverse weather conditions.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays once a package has been transferred to the carrier. Once the order leaves our facility, title and risk of loss pass to you, and we are no longer responsible for its transit. No compensation will be offered for deliveries that exceed estimated timeframes.

We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes. Please double-check your delivery address before submitting an order. MiraMerch is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If carrier tracking shows that a product was lost in transit, you may file a claim in writing within 30 days of the estimated delivery date in accordance with our Return Policy.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If you encounter issues with your order’s shipment, contact us within 30 days of delivery or estimated delivery so we can review and assist as needed.

11. Returns & Refunds

Each MiraMerch product is printed to order and custom-made just for you. As such, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size exchanges, sale items, or gift cards. Returns are only accepted for misprinted, damaged, or defective items reported within 30 days of delivery. MiraMerch will only assist with returns where there is a proven manufacturing defect or issue with the print.

12. Order Modifications & Communication

Once an order is submitted, we begin processing it as quickly as possible. Therefore, changes to order details (such as product selections, shipping address, or customer information) may not be possible after submission.

We may occasionally need to contact you for clarification about your order, particularly if an issue arises with product availability, design, or fulfilment. Please ensure that the email address associated with your account is valid and monitored.

If we reach out for clarification and receive no response within 14 days, we may cancel and refund only the specific product(s) requiring confirmation. All other items in your order will be processed and shipped as scheduled.

This limitation applies whether the claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In some jurisdictions, limitations on liability may not apply to you in full.

21. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MiraMerch and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, partners, and service providers (collectively, the “MiraMerch Parties”) from and against any third-party claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

(a) Your breach of these Terms or any incorporated documents;
(b) Your use or misuse of the Services;
(c) Any content or materials submitted by you;
(d) Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or
(e) Any claims related to products purchased from MiraMerch, such as misrepresentation, product liability, or personal injury resulting from their use.

We will notify you promptly of any claim subject to indemnification. Failure to notify you promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless it materially prejudices your defense. MiraMerch may assume control of the defense and settlement of the claim at your expense, and you agree to cooperate fully, including by providing documentation and assistance as needed. MiraMerch will not settle any claim that imposes non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld.

22. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from the Terms. The remainder of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

23. Assignment

You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms or your rights or obligations without MiraMerch’s prior written consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void. MiraMerch may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without notice or your consent.

24. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

25. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services. This provision does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
