Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because all our products are made to order and processed promptly, we can only consider change requests submitted within 1 hour of purchase, and even then, changes cannot be guaranteed.

How do I make claims for damaged, defective, or lost items?
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, you must submit a claim within 30 days of receiving the product. To file a claim, please submit a problem report or contact us at sales@miramerch.com and include all relevant information and supporting images.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend checking your measurements before ordering, as all items are made to order.
What materials do you use?
We use premium-quality fabrics, including 100% ring-spun cotton and soft cotton-poly blends for comfort, durability, and vibrant prints.
How should I wash my MiraMerch apparel?
For best results, wash your garment inside out with cold water and mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners, and air dry to preserve the print and fabric quality.
Can I iron my printed t-shirts?
Yes, but turn the garment inside out and use a low heat setting. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
How are MiraMerch designs printed?
We use professional-grade direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, screen printing, or embroidery depending on the product, ensuring vibrant colors and long-lasting designs.
Will the print fade or crack?
Our high-quality printing methods and inks are designed for durability. With proper care, your prints will stay bright and sharp for years.
How will I receive my digital download?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files via your MiraMerch account.
Can I return or exchange a digital download?
No, due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
